1. Write a list of 20 things with the sentence starting with "I love myself when I.....(e.g I love my self when I take a warm bath, I love myself when I bake with my daughter).
If you can't find 20 things to love about yourself, start with any amount that feels right for you, right now.
2. go for a massage
3. am grateful for what I do have right now
4. Listen to music that soothes the soul, elevates mood and reduces negative emotions
5. Look in the mirror and tell yourself how amazing you are
6. Do the things that matter to you
7. Do a good deed daily, by helping others, contributes to the world and it feels amazing
8. Head out in nature, bare foot on the grass or a walk on the beach will ground you
9. Surround yourself with people who inspire and lift you
10. Be kind and gentle to yourself, be your own best friend
